Storytelling is a powerful way for people to realize their personal value and dignity, champion their rights, navigate challenges, and access opportunities.

The type of stories that are told and the people who tell them can affect the narrative of transformation that leads to social progress. At Inclusivus, we advocate for community-driven social change innovation, especially for those whose lives are affected by structural and historical inequity, such as unique populations, migrants, immigrants, refugees, and women and girls. More importantly, our mission is to support storytelling that recognizes the power we all have to tell and shape our own stories.

As storytelling innovators, we are working to debunk the myth of the voiceless and to ensure that stories of people and communities are told with integrity and, more importantly, that people are able to tell their own stories.

Digital technology is certainly influencing storytelling. However, narrative innovation for social progress is not just another app; narrative innovation storytelling is the work that focuses on transforming hate into compassion.

Now more than ever, we need to transform hate into compassion, and stories are an effective vehicle to achieve and create compassion for ourselves within and across our communities.
